South Jakarta Regional Income Sub-agency Head, Hendarto explained it is an effort to disseminate information regarding the elimination of sanctions for arrears in urban and rural land and building taxes (PBB-P2).
"Currently, the abolition of sanctions for arrears in motorized vehicle tax (PKB) and motor vehicle transfer fee (BBNKB) is also being implemented," he explained.
There were about 250 participants, consisting of PBB P2 taxpayers and officials under the South Jakarta administration, and RT/RW administrators.
"I hope they obey their taxes. This tax is very important to finance physical and non-physical development," he added.
