Approaching the End of His Tenure, Acting Governor Teguh Receives Awards from Mass Media

Jakarta Acting Governor, Teguh Setyabudi received several awards from the mass media for his dedication in leading and communicating public policies during his tenure.

The awards and souvenirs were given at the Jakarta Update February 2025 Edition event, which is a public communication forum between the Jakarta Provincial Government and the mass media.

Awards and souvenirs were given directly by mass media editors-in-chiefs who attended the Jakarta Update February 2025 Edition, namely Titin Rosmasari (CNN Indonesia Editor-in-Chief), Amir Sodikin (Kompas.com Editor-in-Chief), Domura Ambarita (Warta Kota Editor-in-Chief), Tri Broto (Disway.id Editor-in-Chief), and Guruh Nara Persada (Poskota Deputy Editor-in-Chief).

The awards and souvenirs were given to Acting Governor Teguh were in form of appreciation for the openness and good communication between Jakarta Provincial Government and the press.

1. Award from CNN Indonesia Awards 2025 as Extraordinary Dedication to Global City Transformation.

2. Award from Warta Kota-TribunNetwork as the Most Communicative Jakarta Acting Governor for 2024 Period.

3. Award from Disway Group in form of Disway Awards 2024

4. Award from Poskota and Kompas.com in form of caricature and souvenirs.

5. Award and souvenir from Jakarta City Hall Journalists Forum.

In his remarks, Teguh expressed his appreciation to the media for a good synergy with the Jakarta Provincial Government.

"I gladly welcomed this award as a form of appreciation for the extraordinary cooperation between the Jakarta Provincial Government and media partners. Jakarta Update has become an important communication forum and I hope the continuation of this forum can bring benefits to the community," said Acting Governor Teguh, Monday (2/17).

He also emphasized the importance of maintaining good relations with mass media. Meanwhile, as a token of gratitude, he also gave mementos to the journalists who attended the event.

"I feel happy because during my tenure as Jakarta Acting Governor, I could work together with journalists. I hope, although I will no longer be in office, our friendship will be maintained," he mentioned.
