South Jakarta Needs More Garbage Trucks

The work of South Jakarta Sub-dept. of Cleanliness is disturbed since tens of garbage trucks are damaged.

"The damaged units are 30 trucks out of 154 units," said Budi Mulyanto, South Jakarta Head Sub-dept. of Cleanliness, Thursday (8/13).
In order to smooth the task, his side got unit aid from private. "Private gave us 61 trucks to transport garbage around the city. It eases us to response resident's request transporting the garbage," he added.
352 New Dump Trucks Ready to Be DistributedAccording to him, the City Cleanliness Department will add the number of unit in form of garbage truck. "The city level will allocate 60 trucks. Later we'll stop the aid from private and replaced with our own trucks," he stated.
He admitted that the damaged trucks are being repaired, but he lacks of space to store the truck. "The yard of our office is prepared for new trucks," he disclosed.
