Hundreds of CPNSs Undergo Orientation in PTSP

BKD Instructed to Evaluate CPNS PlacementAhok stated those candidates' performance will be monitored for 1-2 years. If the performance is unoptimal, they will be eliminated.
"A long ago, they've certainly served as civil servant. But in my era, you will be demoted if cannot work well," he expressed.
He furthered many officials were demoted due to bad performance. The current official inauguration is like a snake and ladder game.
"For instance, echelon-II official can be demoted as staff or jump from staff to echelon-III or -IV. This system is applied to serve public well," he explained.
Head of Jakarta Employment Agency (BKD), Agus Suradika added in 2014, there are 788 CPNSs inaugurated. They consist of 350 education formations, 10 health formations, 250 technical formations, 62 administration formations, and 116 economic formations.
"Those who will fill the formations of technical, administration, and economic will be given orientation become Jakarta One-Door Integrated Agency (BTSP) employee, around one year. Totally, we would recruit 428 CPNSs," he finished.
