"We must enforce the law through routine operation," said Bona, Wednesday (9/16).
Based on Beritajakarta.com observation, the operation involved 12 personnel and two towing cars.
"Not only cars, but motorcycles are often parked on roadside. We usually remove the tire valve during the operation," he added.
The five towed cars can be taken in North Jakarta Sub-dept. of Transportation Office after the owner pay the ticket.
