Responding the matter, Jakarta Governor, Basuki 'Ahok' Tjahaja Purnama stated the demand is hard to be fulfilled. It is because the rules made do not accommodate such thing.

"Surely, if they're not included in two categories, they can't be promoted," said Ahok, at City Hall, Monday (11/16).

He said that difficulty of promotion of Satpol PP and Banpol PP from non-permanent employee (PTT) to be civil servant was the past political error. "It's been political errors. Those who are not included in two categories are hard to be promoted to be PNS,".

There are Predictably 5,000 personnel joining in the demonstration. It will take place at State Apparatus and Reformation and Bureaucracy Ministry Office and the House of Representatives (DPR RI) building.
