The Seribu Islands Regency administration is about to hold the Seribu Islands Cultural Tradition Celebration from November 26-27, 2022.
Every visitor who come must comply with health protocols
The event will be held at the District Plaza, Pramuka Island, Panggang Island, North Seribu Islands.
Seribu Islands Economy and Development Assistant, Iwan P Samosir said the Seribu Islands Cultural Tradition Celebration had been passed through discussion process to finalize the technical implementation of the event.
Seribu Islands Culinary Festival Runs Lively"Every visitor who come must comply with health protocols," he expressed, Thursday (11/17).
He explained that in the meeting held on Tuesday (11/15), the police asked the committee to prepare health posts, security posts, evaluation lanes, and meeting points during the event.
"Event will begin from 6 AM to 5 PM, thus there are no crowds at night," he explained.
Seribu Islands Culture Sub-agency's Protection Division Head, Alex Prabowo added the Cultural Traditions Celebration event is art traditions of the local community such as pulang babang homecoming celebrations, circumcision brides, boat decoration contests, cooking competitions, culinary bazaars, and Betawi music performances.
"Hopefully, it can attract more local and foreign tourists in Seribu Islands," he hoped.
