Tanjungan River will Be Normalized

West Jakarta Administration is going to normalize the Tanjungan River in Kalideres, precisely in Tegal Alur Urban Village. The normalization will be carried out after disbursement of 2015 City Budget (APBD).

Head of West Jakarta Water Management Sub-Department, Henry Dunant said the river will be dilated about half up to one meter. Eventually, the river water will be vacuumed and be flowed to the sea using Tanjungan pipe.
"As for the sheet pile project, is the authority of the officers in the north," he stressed, Friday (4/10).

Meanwhile, Head of Tegal Alur Urban Village, Anik Sulastri disclosed the trace will be taken one meter from residential. As many as 8 citizen houses will be affected by the project.
